GINNI is built differently from conventional ready-to-wear. Our made-to-order pieces are cut after you place your order, using the fit information you provide rather than relying only on standard S, M or L sizing.
How it works
1. Choose your piece
Select the design and colour you want from the available GINNI edit.
2. Choose how to share your fit
You can send your measurements after ordering, enter them directly on the product page, or start with your usual size and preferred fit. When entering measurements directly on a product page, use inches. The post-purchase measurement form accepts either inches or centimetres.
3. We review before cutting
Our tailoring team reviews the fit details before production begins. If anything appears inconsistent, we contact you before the fabric is cut.
4. Your garment is cut for you
The piece is produced according to its intended silhouette using your confirmed fit details, rather than being pulled from pre-sized finished inventory.
5. Production and quality control
The order moves through material reservation, cutting, tailoring, finishing and quality control before dispatch.
Production & dispatch
Made-to-order pieces are normally dispatched within 8–14 days after your measurements or fit details are confirmed, subject to any clarification required before cutting and delays outside our reasonable control.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
Because pieces are made to order, returns, exchanges and refunds are accepted only where a piece is received with a manufacturing or material defect. Read the policy.
